This information (server logfiles) indicates, for example, the type of web browser and operating system used, as well as the domain name of your Internet service provider and similar information. This is only information that does not allow any conclusions to be made about your person. This information is necessary from a technical point of view so the content you request from the website can be properly displayed, and it is absolutely necessary when you use the Internet. L.o.S. statistically evaluates this form of anonymous information to improve and the technology behind it. This serves to protect the company's overriding legitimate interest (in the scope of weighing of interests) in correctly presenting this website.

Hosting Services from Third Parties

A third party provides services required for hosting and presenting this website in the scope of the processing activity contracted by L.o.S. All data collected as described below during usage of this website is processed on this party’s servers. Processing on other servers shall take place only in the scope elaborated here.

Contact Form

If you contact L.o.S. using the contact form, the information you enter will be saved so your inquiry can be processed and so any subsequent questions can be handled.

The data entered in the contact form shall be processed on the basis of the consent that you grant when sending the contact form (Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a of the GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time. An informal notification sent to L.o.S. per e-mail shall suffice for this purpose. The legality of any data processing procedures that had taken place up to the time of the revocation shall remain unaffected by any revocations. If appropriate, data processing may also take place on another basis, especially on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b of the GDPR in the event of the performance or initiation of a contractual relationship.

The information you enter in the contact form shall remain with L.o.S. until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for its processing lapses (for instance, after the processing of your order has been completed). Mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding retention periods, shall remain unaffected.

Digital Appointments: Services from Third Parties

L.o.S. also offers services through video conferences. For this purpose, L.o.S. uses the tool Cisco Webex Meetings from the provider Cisco Systems, Inc. (Cisco Systems, Inc., 170 West Tasman Dr., San Jose, CA 95134 USA). The following types of personal data are processed in the scope of using Cisco Webex Meetings:

First name and last name; participant IP addresses; e-mail address; browser, if applicable; address, if applicable; for phone conferences: phone number, chat content, video and audio files, host and usage information: IP address, user agent ID, hardware type, operating system type and version, client version, IP addresses along the network path, MAC address of the endpoint (if applicable), service version, information concerning the meeting (name, date and time, frequency, average and actual duration, number, quality, network activity, and network connectivity), number of sessions, number of sessions with and without screen sharing, and the hostname.

During video conferences, you can decide to what extent you would like to transmit video, audio, and/or chat data. L.o.S. processes this data during the video conference. Your IP address is stored in logfiles on the server, as is a phone number if you participate by phone. L.o.S. may record the video conference. You shall be informed of this separately. No online meetings or video conferences shall be recorded without express consent. Further usage of recordings by L.o.S. shall take place only with your express consent.

L.o.S. shall process your personal data in the scope of usage of Cisco Webex Meetings in order to fulfill its contractual obligation) and perform the services booked. This data must be processed in order to conduct video conferences and thus serves purposes of fulfilling the contractual obligations of L.o.S. (Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b of the GDPR). Furthermore, it serves L.o.S.’s legitimate interest in processing the order as efficiently as possible (Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f of the GDPR).

Data Processing Outside of the European Union

Cisco Webex Meetings is a service provided by a provider from the United States, meaning personal data is also processed in a third country. L.o.S. has concluded a data processing agreement with the provider of Cisco Webex Meetings that fulfills the requirements of Article 28 of the GDPR. Cisco-US has undertaken to comply with the respective valid principles of the framework of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield (see in German and when processing all personal data received from all EU member states, Great Britain, and Switzerland.


Like many other websites, uses what are known as cookies. Cookies are small text files that a website server transfers to your hard drive. Deletion or Blocking of Data

L.o.S. adheres to the principles of data reduction and data economy. Your Rights to Information, Correction, Blocking, Deletion, and Objection

You have the right to receive information about your personal data saved by L.o.S. at all times. You also have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked, and deleted (aside from the mandatory data storage for business purposes). So that a data block can be taken into consideration at all times, this data must be kept in a blocking file for monitoring purposes. You can also demand that your data be deleted as long as no legal storage obligation exists. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data upon request.

You can make changes or withdraw your consent by informing us as appropriate with effect for the future.

Changes to our Data Protection Regulations

L.o.S. reserves the right to occasionally make changes to this data protection statement so that it always fulfills current legal requirements or to make changes to services in the data protection statement, such as in the event of the introduction of new services. Objection to Junk Mail

L.o.S. hereby objects to the usage of the contact data published within the scope of the obligation to provide a site notice for sending advertisements and informational material that has not been expressly requested. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal measures should undesired advertising material be sent, such as through spam e-mails.
